Cocoa & Winter Spice Coffee

I woke up in an experimental mood this morning and so decided I would think up a new coffee recipe. The color of the final product reflected the taste, nice and light. It smelled like spice heaven and you can really taste the lingering of the spices! The 1 tablespoon did a good job of making the coffee less sharp and theres that hint of cocoa flavor which lets the spices really come out and shine, but I wanted a little more of a chocolate taste so I think next time I’m going to see what happens when I do an extra half a tablespoon of the cocoa powder.

This coffee would also go perfect with dessert!

3 scoops ground coffee
1 T cocoa powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon dash of nutmeg and ginger
